We are proud to have achieved the top status as a FANUC Certified Servicing Integrator. This certification assures that we have met all of FANUC’s strict criteria and are able to provide prompt, efficient customer support. The rigorous certification process requires mastery in knowledge of FANUC robot operations, programming, troubleshooting, maintenance, and preventative maintenance. All of our service engineers have completed FANUC Robotics North America certified training, and several of them have also earned the Master Service Engineer distinction.
The Matrix Service Team
Our automated cells are designed, assembled and programmed in-house by knowledgeable Matrix engineers and technicians. Our expert robot technicians install the systems to make sure they meet the appropriate operation and design specifications, while our application engineers program the robots. In accordance with the strict FANUC requirements, we keep select FANUC robot spare parts in stock to aid in timely repairs and reduce downtime.
A key to maximizing productivity, efficiency and longevity is preventative maintenance. Whether it’s cleaning, inspection, lubrication, or stocking spare parts, our service team supplies the resources needed to perform scheduled maintenance. A well maintained robotic system will maximize your

Training topics could include standard operation procedures, vision applications, teach pendant usage, troubleshooting, and other application specific needs. We also offer remote troubleshooting and will send technicians onsite as needed.
